It's quiet and calm, which is very nice (in particular, because Isle of Skye is quite busy). Room was perfect and breakfast amazing. A lot of choice and delicious.

Situated on the picturesque Isle of Raasay, a 5-minute walk from the ferry terminal, newly refurbished in 2013 Raasay House Hotel is nestled in a Georgian mansion with beautifully landscaped lawns. Beautiful and unique hotel with great facilities and a wonderful view and grounds. Library, game room, tons of space in the room and all around. Excellent meals including good options for kids.

Marmalade is grade “B” listed building, dating back to 1817. Boat and distillery trips depart from Portree and the rocky hill The Old Man of Storr is 7 miles away. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Everything about it was just perfect. We check out then checked in again and changed our itinerary to stay an extra 2 days. Superb!
