The staff were wonderful. Antonio, Laura and Ed were exceptional. The room, restaurant and bar were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The food was fantastic and a nice variety. Always hot and great flavour! The grounds, and outside seating, add to the beauty and it was very nice to be able to walk outside, from our room, to enjoy a drink and read our books. At night, the grounds were lit up and so pretty. Felt very much at home and will return when next in Worcester

The Malvern Hills Hotel is a family owned hotel situated directly opposite from the Iron Age hill fort British Camp, a major landmark with a superb vista from the summit. Friendly atmosphere. Vv clean and comfy rooms. Excellent food choices and quality. Would definitely return.

A brilliant stay at the Abbey, the staff were so nice and helpful, Denniz (reception) so polite ,friendly and helpful, also a lady on reception very nice! Jhony (bar) so helpful and accommodating in all a great stay !
