For this price I paid, I got a heavenly treatment, whereas in other countries for the same price I would get a 3star hotel room with no breakfast even included.

If you get the accommodation at a reasonable price, there is no better address. Situated at the 9th floor (just under the clock) was simply a delight - you have a birds eye view of the city & you can spot your hotel from practically anywhere - even whilst boarding the train, I could see the Piazza Tower. The Piazza Square is always a lovely lively place for interesting evenings with multiple restaurants to choose from & the rest of the city especially the tourist parts are just all around within walking distance thus allowing you the ability to experience Batumi at your own pace.

As I arrived the gentleman who checked me in was extremely friendly, and offered me great advice and was able to answer all my questions. And I also got upgraded which was a bonus.
