Situated in Puncak and about a 5-minute drive from Taman Safari Indoneisa Zoo and Theme Park, Pesona Alam Resort & Spa offers a great mountain getaway featuring an outdoor swimming pool, on-site... I love this hotel. Kudos to the professional but friendly hotel staff. I also love the hotel room and the view from our balcony. The restaurant, the view from the lobby, the facilities, the pine forest, the club huis, the lake house, the mini golf course, the mini zoo.... They were all superb!

The staff was hands-down best we experienced yet. Edward and Billy (but the others too) went above and beyond to make us happy and help us wherever they could. They were awesome!!! Design of the lobby and restaurant area are beautiful and the food is great: both the snack menu at the pool and the breakfast were lovely.

The facilities, especially the gym. It is quiet and very good place for escaping from the daily hustle and bustle. I also got free upgrade on the room with balcony. Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur is situated in the city centre and 2 km from Paris van Java Mall. It boasts an outdoor swimming pool, a children's pool and a fitness centre. I had booked 3 rooms, for myself and my two brothers. My room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom had a shower and bidet shower for the toilet bowl. I loved the height of the bed which makes getting up and out easy. Cleanliness wise, i was happy to see that housekeeping cleans the room everyday. Nice to come back to my room every evening. Last night before checkout, the housekeeping staff actually made a cute towel arrangement on my bed. :-) Breakfast at the hotel was very pleasant as the staff and crew were very friendly and attentive. I definitely enjoyed my holiday better because of the pleasant hotel. Thank you everyone.
