On the shores of Killary Harbour lies Ireland's oldest coaching inn. Dating from 1796, you'll find traditional home cooking, antique furniture and the most spectacular views in Ireland. It was perfect for my dog to stay with patio doors from bedroom , the view was stunning , food was beautiful and great value, staff lovely would definitely be back .

The Waterfront Rest B&B is a beach-front property located on the peaceful Wild Atlantic Way in the heart of Connemara. Rooms overlook the beautiful water and free WiFi is available in public areas. Beautiful, quiet, waterfront location. The room was nicely furnished and Lydie is a lovely host. The breakfast was generous and well prepared.

Set in beautiful gardens in the heart of Connemara, the romantic Abbeyglen Castle Hotel has tennis courts, a spa bath and stunning views of Clifden and the Twelve Bens mountains. Attention to detail was impeccable, beautiful hotel and yards, views and gorgeous rooms. Loved our stay, 2nd time here. Can’t wait to return, loved the history and music at night.

Buttermilk Lodge is 5 minutes' walk from Clifden town centre, so you can just park your car and easily walk to town. The best Irish breakfast we had on our Ireland trip! In addition, there were multiple options on the menu to choose from. The hosts were very friendly and shared some good recommendations, the room was spacious, had a water kettle, tea, coffee and etc. There were so many cows in the lodge, which we found to be very cute :) Thank you very much for a great stay!

Roundstone House Hotel offers accommodation in Roundstone. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. The rooms have a flat-screen TV. Certain units include views of the sea or garden. The owners were so friendly and helpful, the views were amazing, and the food (breakfast and dinner) was delicious. The rooms were charming and clean, and the location in the center of Roundstone was perfect for exploring the Connemara area. I highly recommend this property.

At the edge of Clifden, All the Twos offers rooms with spacious bathrooms. Guests can enjoy mountain views, free Wi-Fi, and free parking, 15 minutes’ drive from Connemara National Park. Lovely, spacious room, very nice bathroom. Everything very clean. Kettle with teas and coffees on the table. Very peaceful and quiet place.

The Alcock and Brown hotel in Clifden is a central and cosy hotel offering a dedicated welcoming service in a relaxed atmosphere. I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff at reception were very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Good location.

Offering a private beach area, Connemara Sands is located in Mannin Bay, just a 10-minute drive from Clifden. Free WiFi access is available and the property offers free parking. The family suite was perfect with its terrace and picturesque views, not to mention direct access to the tennis court. It had a nespresso machine (capsules), tea-making facilities and a large bottle of water in the fridge daily. It also had a large smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. Great wifi connection. The Staff were very welcoming, smiling, helpful and discreet. Breakfast was one of the best we've ever had! Top marks for the food and its beautiful presentation in general! Excellent location; 10 mins from Cliften and close to Roundstone, Kylemore Abbey, the 12 Bens/Pins, Inisbofin and Omey islands and several beautiful beaches such as Mannin Bay Blueway Beach, Gurteen Beach and Dog's Bay (Roundstone). The hotel beach is breath-taking - we spent our mornings there looking for all kinds of shells, crabs, jellyfish, etc. We all loved it! We used the Spa and the Sauna which was overlooking the beach/sea. It's a perfect hotel for a family, romantic getaway or for a break away from the stress of life. You are bathed in peace, quiet, nature and tranquillity!

Set on the peaceful and scenic island of Inishbofin, this hotel boasts rooms with stunning views. Guests can enjoy local seafood in the split-level restaurant and traditional Irish music in the bar. The staff were absolutely fantastic, they couldn't do enough for us! The room was exceptional with an outstanding view. Food was also delicious!
