The rooms at Riverbank, Country Pub and Guesthouse have attractive design and include free WiFi, a TV and tea and coffee-making facilities. All rooms offer river or garden views. The grounds were great, a small creek running thru, sheep in the pasture, the Inn itself was beautiful. Very well cared for. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The management and staff were friendly and were happy to get us whatever we needed. The pub was where we spent many an hour where we were able to get some research work done. Fire in the fireplace every night. The dinner meals we had were yummy. Breakfast was also good with good choices. All said, it was a great four nights and we will be back!

At Hillgrove Hotel, Leisure & Spa, the family-friendly leisure club has a swimming pool and a gym. There is a nail bar on site. For kids there is a games room and a kids' pool. Lovely place. The lady working the desk at the spa (Tara?) was fantastic! We didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t report on that.
