Featuring a restaurant and cafe on site, Blabjorg Resort is in the fishing village of Borgarfjordur Eystri, 71 km from Egilsstadir. We did not have time to use the spa. Breakfast choice was very good. The view out on to the harbour was really fantastic, smell of salty water and seaweed, just like home. Beautiful dining area. I met the owner of the property, who was really nice to speak with. The staff were great too. The northern lights were just so beautiful.

Snæfell - Hotel by Aldan is 500 metres from the Smyril Line Ferry Terminal in Seydisfjördur. WiFi and parking are free. Cute room and shampoo, shower gel are provided, warm place!

This design hotel is located in Fáskrúdsfjördur village in Iceland’s Eastfjords region. It offers free parking and tastefully decorated rooms with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Lovely waterfront location. The hotel (and parking) is spread over 3 buildings which was a little confusing on arrival, but we were given a wonderful room overlooking the fjord. Great views of the water, mountains and wildlife (ducks, waders & a seal). Good food at breakfast & dinner; friendly staff.

Set in Seydisfjördur village, this accommodation offers rooms with free WiFi. Egilsstadir village is 28 km away. The property also offers on-site free parking. Very interesting room with a good view of the mountains. Loads of birds on the trees outside the window too, a pretty sight in the morning. Neighborhood was cozy and had everything we need

Cute backyard area with a hot tub if you choose. Gorgeous surroundings. Steps away from local store and brewery. Spotless room with great shower. Comfy beds. Reception was lovely.
