Beautiful traditional house, great and helpful staff, comfy beds. It’s clean and functional and you have everything you need. Great atmosphere. Thermal bath basically next door. We managed to see the northern lights the night we got there after driving out a bit with the car as the receptionists recommended. We loved our time there and wished we could stay longer! Found by bubbling geothermal springs in Hveragerdi, this hotel offers an outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs and sauna. All rooms include bathrobes, slippers and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is free. This hotel is a hidden gem. We liked it so much that we booked an additional night. It's quite remote and perfect for viewing the northern lights. We spent my birthday at the hotel, but I didn't even dream that we would see the northern lights from the hot tub, after a fancy, delicious dinner at their lovely restaurant. From the hotel you can hike in that area with beautiful views. It's situated in a small quiet town, which is exactly the vibe we were looking for.

Bu otel, UNESCO koruma listesindeki Thingvellir Milli Parkı'na 18 km mesafede Hengill Dağı'nda yer almaktadır. It’s my second visit as I loved it so much! The location is amazing and great for day trips out. The vibe is very relaxed you almost feel like you have the hotel to yourself at times. People come and go a lot when off adventuring so it’s not ever that busy except at breakfast and dinner, but that’s not unpleasant at all. The staff are brilliant especially the restaurant team who were so welcoming and helpful they really enhanced our stay. Lastly the quality of the food is sublime! Every dish is exquisite you can’t go wrong with any choice, some of the best food I’ve ever experienced.
