Located on Snæfellsnes peninsula, this hotel offers an in-house restaurant and rooms with mountain views and free WiFi access. Stykkishólmur town centre is a 25-minute drive away. This was one of our best accomodation in Iceland. Good quality food and drinks in our breakfast choice, nespresso machine and coffee, tea in the rooms. Nice stuff, nice room with own bathroom, very good location. We loved it.

Luxury beds and power showers are offered at Hótel Egilsen. Baldur Ferry Terminal and boats to the West Fjords and Flatey island are 300 metres away. Wi-Fi is free. Absolutely loved this gem of a boutique hotel. Was our favorite actually. Cosy, quaint, great breakfast. Staff were very helpful, especially Chris.

The food from the restaurant is amazing ! You can leave the hotel and walk near the ocean in various beautiful trails . We had a great night sleep ! The famous black church is just a few steps away from the hotel.
