Staff was amazing. Special mention to Elizabeth who was always there to assist me wether booking me taxi, helping store my meds, giving valuable tips for Lucca. She is simply amazing! My room was huge! I had a separate receiving area outside my room. That’s where all my luggage went. Bathroom had an old school bidet which was cool. Breakfast was the usual European breakfast of cold cuts and assorted breads and fruits. I would highly recommend booking this place! It’s a gem!

He was super helpful all through the trip; not only at the start where he kindly helped get our luggage to the floor but also then telling us about the authentic hotels to grab a breakfast or the leather shops to visit. The house itself is cozy and well maintained - perfect for a family of 4! The property is very close to the key attractions and Fabio’s helpful nature made it better!

Overlooking the historic centre of Siena, Villa del Sole Siena is just 300 metres from Piazza del Campo square and the Tower of Mangia. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Excellent location; view from terrace is sublime; comfortable room; great facilities; friendly staff. I would stay here again without a second thought, and would recommend this to anyone travelling to Siena.

B&B De Biffi is located in the heart of Florence, 200 metres from the cathedral. Free WiFi access is available in all public areas. Everything matches the description and photos. Everything was wonderful. The very center of Florence, close to shops and restaurants. We turned on the batteries for several hours a day, and some of us were sometimes cool. Very warm blanket and comfortable beds. Nice shower and plumbing in the bathroom. Breakfast can be ordered in the kitchen, it is brought to your room, it is quite satisfying- you can order an omelet or scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, toast, coffee, fruit, yoghurts- you will not stay hungry.
