The staff were excellent! We got recommendations of things to do and ended up in a lovely place to experience the tea ceremony. The rooms were clean and the size of our upgraded room was very comfortable. The furo and late ramen are much appreciated benefits and we took advantage of the discounted price for Happy Hour. The breakfast buffet was good. The star was the sashimi and okra over hot rice.
