Inaugurato nel giugno 2013, l'Edo Sakura occupa una residenza Machiya in stile giapponese, situata rispettivamente a 5, 10 e 15 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione della Metropolitana Iriya, dalla Stazione... Amazing hotel, stayed at the traditional room, very comfy and clean. Staff is lovely, very tasty breakfast and tea ceremony is highly recommended. The area is nice, a lot of little cafes around and there is 24/7 supermarket around the corner. Great place to come back to after exploring Tokyo as the area is nice and quiet.

Re-opened in 2012 after thorough renovations, the Tokyo Station Hotel is registered as an Important Cultural Property and boasts gorgeous rooms in a classical European style. We like the breakfast and the room. Delicious. Spacious with beautiful view. The staff overall took great care of us too.

Situato nella zona di Asakusa, il Ryokan Asakusa Shigetsu vanta una storia di 70 anni. L'alloggio vanta una vista sulla Tokyo Skytree dalla vasca da bagno in legno Hinoki. I know I have to stay in ryokan rather than hotel. and this place, is perfect. the location is literally in the asakusa shopping district around the temple so that's really convenient. altough sometimes for me I kind of overstimulated by the crowd but this ryokan in the quieter side. The staff is very helpful, especially when I need to send my luggage to the airport, they partnered with JAL services for same day luggage service. everything went well. The room is clean, it's kinda small but enough. the public bath is to die for. 2 nights in a row I got Tokyo Skytree view which is beautiful. they also have cute tiny garden in the rooftop with the same view. totally breathtaking, worth the money, definitely will come here again.

Inaugurato il 1° luglio 2016, il Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba è il primo hotel Grand Nikko aperto in Giappone. All things are perfect. It felt like living in a castle, quite the royal experience. Wonderful staff, offered to help at every turn. We forgot our sweets in the fridge at checkout and they kept it for us until we remembered.

Open from December 2015, Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo Schole is located just a 2-minute walk from Oshiage Subway Station, the closest station from the Tokyo Skytree. The best location and great staff that were soooo helpful

Ryokan Kamogawa Asakusa is a 2-minute walk from Kaminarimon and Sensoji Temple. Asakusa Subway Station is a 5-minute walk away. The friendliest and most welcoming staff you could imagine. We stayed two nights here and enjoyed the traditional setting though I did add an extra layer of padding to my futon bed. The private bath was lovely after a long day and there were icy poles to enjoy afterwards. The breakfast room (not currently serving meals as at Nov 2024 though) has coffee and cute activities like origami. Overall a great stay.

Opened in August 2014 after a thorough renovation, Hotel Ryumeikan Ochanomizu Honten has been offering heartfelt hospitality for more than a century. The room was exactly as advertised. It was roomy and luxurious. Staff was also helpful. My husband celebrated his birthday there and they provided a small birthday cake for us.

Clean and adequate room size with decent renovations. Love the big TV in each room with a little bit of desk space for work.
