Bidwood Suite Hotel is located in the Westlands area of Nairobi. It offers stylish accommodation and is 200 metres away from the Sarit Centre. I had a wonderful stay at this property! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are incredibly courteous. The swimming pool areas is absolutely fantastic. Already booked my next stay here again.

The staff was courteous and caring. The cleaning lady asked for permission to service the room and cleaned it well. The staff would greet you whenever they see you for the first time. I am a vegetarian and if I skip a veg option during breakfast, the cook would recommend that option that I should try it, it's veg. It felt as if they cared that the guests ate well. It felt good.
