The property is beautiful and well maintained. We loved the customer service, everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Majiteľka ako aj personál sú skvelí a vo všetkom sa snažia pomôcť. Správca mi dokonca opravil zlomený kufor:). Izba bola krásna. V noci klimatizácia nechýba, cez deň treba použiť ventilátor. V izbe je kávovar a na prízemí je neobmedzená pitná voda. Do izby vám dajú termosku so studenou vodou. Krasny priestor a nadherna zahrada. Občas vidíte opicu, páva a všade behajú malé veveričky. Absolútne nezabudnuteľný zážitok sú raňajky. Zážitková gastronómia. Pripravili mi výber niekoľkých jedál dokonca aj keď som bola jednu noc jediným hosťom. Majiteľka sa hosťom venovala a bola veľmi priateľská a starala sa o ich pohodlie. Vyskúšala som aj masáž a bola som nadšená. Toto miesto má super atmosféru.

They had a good parking area for our rented tuktuk. The room was great but what really stood out was the rooftop patio. It was nice seating up there for sunset. The family were very kind. Good location with everything in walking distance. It was quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless!

Adjacent to Unawatuna Beach, Sergent House is set in a boutique villa showcasing colonial architecture and originating in the 1800's. perfect location. very comfortable bed and peaceful sleep. decorated beautifully. food and drinks were amazing and staff were very helpful. thank you…will definitely be back!

Sri Lankan architectural master piece Dunes Unawatuna hotel is an eco friendly boutique hotel near the beautiful Unawatuna beach(100 meters/ 5min walk away). Comfortable, clean hotel with great location near to the Unawatuna beach. The staff was polite and helpful. I would say it was one of the best hotels we stayed at in Sri Lanka. We had a room with a king-size bed.

We were made to feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Sumith and his team were wonderful and the chef served a wonderful breakfast and we had the best Sri Lanka curry whilst there. The hotel is so close to the beach, towels and mats are provided. The swimming pool was perfect for us, clean and relaxing, free rides to local beaches and Galle were available and the hotel is beautiful with interesting artefacts. The highlight was to meet Sumith's family and hear his niece serenade us. THANK YOU

Suite Lanka sits on the sands of Hikkaduwa Beach, one of the widest beaches on Sri Lanka’s west coast. Offering spacious accommodation, it has an outdoor pool and restaurant. Nice little boutique hotel tucked at the far end of Hikkaduwa beach, away from the hustle and bustle from the main part. Despite this, the hotel is surrounded by great little restaurants (not to mention its own restaurant). We had a very relaxing time thanks to the great service and chilled out atmosphere. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing time on the beach.
