The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and the property is clean with many thoughtful amenities. There are plenty of breakfast options available as well. From the moment I arrived it was super nice. First - there is an elevator, which is not always the case in small hotels, for example, in Paris. At the reception there was a wonderful man who spoke very good English but switched to Franch once he heard I've been trying to learn and don't get much practice speaking. He was super clear and friendly. The breakfast was simple and super tasty with sufficient verity. The location is a winner. Right in the center. But can get a bit loud in the evening as there is a big square with cafés and a gazebo with live music. All way clean and went smooth.

Best Western Plus Grand Hotel Victor Hugo comprises 2 buildings on each side of the street in the financial district about 1 km from the city centre. Central and quite location. The room was clean. It was possible to make tea in the room. Friendly receptionists.
