Everything was incredible during our stay, from the reception with a delicious welcome cocktail, the receptionist who welcomed us and guided us to our room, the attention to the details giving us a little treat every night, to the service of the restaurant staff, Miguel and Franco were always very attentive, the entire team was excellent, the cleanliness, the facilities, the amenities, everything was impeccable! Offering a garden and garden view, Elements of the Island is located in Isla Mujeres, 200 metres from Norte Beach and 300 metres from El Cocal Beach. Guests can benefit from a patio and a sun terrace.... Monica and Jesus were so kind and welcoming. We enjoyed breakfast at the cafe each morning. The beach and lots of restaurants are in walking distance. Highly recommend!

Set on tropical Isla Mujeres island, this boutique hotel offers swimming pools, massage service and direct access to the Caribbean Sea. Some suites have a private balcony with sea views. Carlos the manager was friendly and helpful. We would definitely return!

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. Should be called Don Diego de los Pájaros! I did my birdwatching with a cup of coffee at the pool. Imagine a collared aracari in this green oasis in a busy part of Tulum. Hosts were very nice and helpful, for instance with their maps of their favorite restaurants and the best attractions. Breakfast under the thatched roof is wonderful.

Located right on the beach, Sueños Tulum offers guests an outdoor swimming pool, spa treatments, yoga classes and free Wi-Fi. This hotel is only a 10-minute drive from the Mayan ruins. The jungle type, nature vibe of the location is extremely relaxing and beautiful. All of the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay at Suenos perfect.

Located in Tulum, a few steps from South Tulum Beach, The Beach Tulum Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Absolutely amazing hotel and staff! Nothing to complain about. The inn-room breakfast is amazing. Especially the french toast. Overall a perfect hotel even though it is quite expensive!

Featuring Mexican-style décor, Hotel Colibri Beach is a sea-front boutique hotel located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Location is just prefect. You are on the beach and one street from the town centre. The hotel is so cute, cozy and clean. The stuff very kind and breakfest was great. There is nothing not to like at this place.
