This family-run hotel is located in front of the beach on the beautiful Holbox Island, just off Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. It offers an outdoor pool, hot tub and stylish hut-style rooms. This hotel is EXCELLENT. It is right on the edge of town so is such a great location, it has a beautiful beach area, the staff are so friendly and very attentive, the rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. I don’t have one complaint - we loved it so much we went back there. If you’re going to Holbox you have to stay in this hotel.

The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

The hotel is gorgeous and a peaceful gem amongst the really busy Tulum. Great rooms with sea view and nice beach access incl lounge chairs and sun beds. We had a very relaxing and recharging week here. The staff is exceptionally friendly, personable and accommodating. They were incredible with recommendations for excursions and provided lots of help to prepare my proposal to my now fiancée. An unforgettable week at Sueños.

Located in Tulum, a few steps from South Tulum Beach, The Beach Tulum Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Everything about this hotel was excellent, from the friendly and helpful staff to the beautiful location and delicious meals. We opted for a rooftop room and I’m glad we did; the private terrace and rooftop are fantastic. The staff organized our visit to Chichen Itza and a tour of the Cenotes for us, which we highly recommend; everything went smoothly and safely. Thank you again for everything!

Amazing! An absolute oasis outside of the tourist resort vibe. Fantastic staff, attentive, kind and super helpful with itineraries and suggestions as well as immediately resolving and providing a room upgrade after my concern with the air con. Beautiful room interiors, gardens, pool and resto, we loved every moment of our stay.

Featuring Mexican-style décor, Hotel Colibri Beach is a sea-front boutique hotel located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. I liked everything about the hotel: the proximity to the beach and to 5a avenida, the restaurant and beach club, the breakfast, and the room. I think I even preferred staying here than at the all inclusive in Cancun!
