This family-run hotel is located in front of the beach on the beautiful Holbox Island, just off Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. It offers an outdoor pool, hot tub and stylish hut-style rooms. This hotel is EXCELLENT. It is right on the edge of town so is such a great location, it has a beautiful beach area, the staff are so friendly and very attentive, the rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. I don’t have one complaint - we loved it so much we went back there. If you’re going to Holbox you have to stay in this hotel.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

Fantastic staff, attentive, kind and super helpful with itineraries and suggestions as well as immediately resolving and providing a room upgrade after my concern with the air con. Featuring Mexican-style décor, Hotel Colibri Beach is a sea-front boutique hotel located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Location is just prefect. You are on the beach and one street from the town centre. The hotel is so cute, cozy and clean. The stuff very kind and breakfest was great. There is nothing not to like at this place.
