Situato nel centro della città di Bolsward, appartenente alla Lega anseatica, l'Het Weeshuis offre sistemazioni ospitate in un edificio monumentale, che un tempo operava come orfanotrofio. Every day we had a beautiful breakfast set up for us in the main gathering room - delicious cheese, breads, pastries, soft boiled egg, fresh juices and coffee/tea. The room was large and the bed was without question like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom had a very nice shower - large towels. The history and architecture add to it's charm. The staff and owner were very friendly and accommodating. We will stay here every time we visit.

And the hotel is very dog friendly, first time that any accommodation I stayed in provided a proper dog bed.
