The space and size of the suite are incredibly large and spacious. It features a generous living area with a balcony, which we didn’t use due to the air pollution outside. However, the living room was extremely comfortable, perfect for watching TV, exercising, doing yoga, relaxing, or even taking a nap. The kitchen is spacious but has only the basics, suitable for preparing tea, coffee, or simple meals. We requested a French press at the reception to make coffee, and they provided it immediately. The bathroom is large, but there is no curtain or partition to prevent water from spreading across the floor when showering. However, there is hot water. There wasn’t a hairdryer in the room, but upon request, the reception brought one right away. The bedroom is incredibly cozy and inviting, with a very comfortable bed. You can choose between soft ambient lighting or brighter lights. The windows are soundproof, which is great since the room overlooks the street, but no noise can be heard inside. The room itself is also very spacious. We stayed on the third floor, and the staff kindly helped us carry our luggage up upon arrival and down upon departure. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious hot drink and a small welcoming ceremony, which made our stay feel even more special. One morning, they generously offered us a free tour of the more local, less touristy temples, and we absolutely loved experiencing the authentic atmosphere of the area. The best part? The service was absolutely outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, served at the restaurant of the hotel across the street, The Nanee. The service and quality were excellent. We also had dinner there one evening, and everything was exquisite. Thank you!

Hotel Heranya se nachází pouhých 500 metrů od paláce Narayanhiti a 1 km od náměstí Durbar. Wi-Fi je dostupné zdarma. Všechny pokoje mají klimatizaci a posezení. This was the third time I have stayed in this property. It feels like you are in your own home. Staffs are very friendly, accommodating, caring and courteous. Let me give you an example of its caring staff. “For the breakfast, they serve you with two slices of toasts. Since I was cutting down carbs, I asked the lady at front desk to send me only one slice of toast because I didn’t want to waste food. After few days, she brought me two slices of toasts and told me that the size of the bread on that particular day was kind of smaller, and she thought one smaller piece wouldn’t be enough. That just brought a big smile in my face.” Even the dog at the property is so kind, it likes to welcome all the guests each time they arrive. I will definitely come back here next time I visit Nepal.

Staff were very accommodating, the room I got on the 5th floor was very spacious). There were ample "sp[aces" to hang around in the hotel. The breakfast area is the largest I have seen in Nepal. Great garden as well, with an outdoor pool at the end. And finally, I have to commend their Wi-Fi.

They were always willing to help e.g. carrying the luggage, booking taxis and offering instructions and in room service. The hotel was a calm oasis around the chaotic city. The food was of high quality and the room service offered traditional dishes that were well made and comparably affordable. In general, the hotel has has a character and it is not commercialized.

The front desk and all the people here were very friendly and helpful. I loved the way their attention to all the little details around the property that made it artsy. I got a single room which came with a double bed, and a bunk bed. Very good value!
