The room was very warm and the shower had nice hot water. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Definitely recommend.

Clean room, great wifi, the staff was very helpful and very kind. Buffet breakfast, very good. I recommended to stay in this hotel.

Located 350 metres from the city's main square, Hostal UTASA VILLA REAL inn offers accommodations in Puno. Free Wi-Fi access is available here. The hosts were incredibly helpful, always smiling and made us feel like home. They bought coca leaves for us because we had mountain sickness and gave us an entire bag for free. They also allowed us to leave our bags on the last day until the evening so that we could enjoy our tour. We felt very blessed to be welcomed in the inn and we would definitely come back.
