Staff is very friendly and willing to help, I had a small injury and they help me with first aid kit, weelchair and transoprtation to my room. Room are big and comfortable, food is amazing and in general you feel a relaxed vibe. Pool is clean and have plenty of seating. You can find tricycle outside the property and also a small convenience store crossing the street. Rooftop was awesome, they have 2 small pools and outdoor service. Please take a massage! Excellent food, great drinks, comfy bed and a/c keeps the room cool. Location worked fine for us but it is quite far from town through close to Lio Beach (not walking distance). We'll stay again.
