The breakfast was excellent! Ida is the best! She is friendly, polite and always smiling! It was pleasure to see her every morning and talk to her!

Hyatt House San Juan is just a 5-minute drive away from Old San Juan and Condado beach. Free WiFi access, an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant are offered here. The property is exceptionally clean and new. The staff was such a delight no matter the time of day. I loved being able to take the free shuttle to visit old San Juan, the beach and TMobile district without needing an uber. The TMobile district was also in walking distance which was great. Overall, fantastic stay!

This hotel is located in the heart of historic Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. Hotel guests will receive beach privileges at the El Convento Beach Club on Isla Verde Beach. Beautiful building in fabulous location - easy to walk to many places, very helpful polite staff . I loved the wine and cheese in the afternoon it was a very nice touch and very welcoming. We checked in early and the staff said we could have our room early. Very helpful with arranging transport and trips. I would highly recommend the hotel.
