The property is exceptionally clean and new. The staff was such a delight no matter the time of day. I loved being able to take the free shuttle to visit old San Juan, the beach and TMobile district without needing an uber. The TMobile district was also in walking distance which was great. Overall, fantastic stay!

We checked in early and the staff said we could have our room early. Very helpful with arranging transport and trips. I would highly recommend the hotel.
