Kalk Hotel is boutique hotel located on Strandgatan, in a beautiful building from the 17th century, carefully renovated with a stylish interior and Gotland details. Excellent breakfast, lots of choices and all were very delicious. The staff was very courteous. Special thank you to Josef which helped us getting a lost item left at the hotel.

Set in Visby’s UNESCO-listed medieval town centre, this hotel offers free WiFi and an inner courtyard. Free tea, coffee, cookies and fruit are offered in the lobby. This hotel was my favorite during my trip. The location - right in the middle of VIsby walled city - was ideal. The staff were all pleasant and super-helpful. The building was unique, with a very impressive arched entrance with wood door, and a lovely patio garden. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Hotell Slottsbacken is just a few minutes’ walk from Visby’s main street, Adelsgatan. This hotel is a gem, served by a casual and professional staff who knew exactly how to help us get checked in and settled. The location was excellent and picturesque, and it being a historic hotel didn't mean we wanted for any modern conveniences. The breakfast was excellent as well each day.

This intimate hotel is centrally situated 50 metres from Visby’s harbour and about 5 minutes’ walk from the popular shopping street, Adelsgatan. It offers free WiFi and cosy, bright guest rooms. Service above average. The best place we've been so far in Scandinevia. I would highly recommend this place. Confort, atmosphere, great breakfast.
