The staff was friendly and tried their best to assist us in English, at some point my friend and I needed an iron and it was provided. The twin-room was cozy, beds comfortable and room was clean. Seams catered to japanese travelers and staff speaks japanese so it's a good place to practice if you're learning the langage ! Staff is friendly, it's clean, good location close to MRT, small rooftop and laundry available. Night market right down the street.

The hotel offers a beautiful view to the harbor and the city. We enjoyed watching the fireworks a lot during New Year's Eve. Everything was very clean. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and goes the extra mile for you, especially the receptionist was outstandingly willing to help us with our needs. They speak very good English.
