Beautiful hotel, very clean and new facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby area is quiet compared to other hotels that have a lot of tourists, so that was a plus for us.

It features rooms with a balcony and a view of the ocean or the city. great location!! across the road from the beach and local free entertainment. the sunsets are to die for!! lots of cafes, abc stores and restaurants walking distance from the hotel.

Situated in Kapaa, Kauai Shores Hotel is an oceanfront hotel that features a private beach, a beachfront restaurant, and a 6-acre tropical courtyard complete with 2 outdoor pools. The staff were excellent, they did not deduct any resort fee and the parking was free. The pool, hot bath and surroundings were extremely clean. The room, bathroom etc was clean and the room had a balcony facing the garden. All together, it exceeded our expectations.
