It was my second time there but surely not the last one, because: - perfect combination of a party hostel and a homie one; if you want to party or socialize- you’re in the right spot; if you need some time alone - you can easily find a space to work or chill on your own; - clean and tidy, both rooms as well as bathrooms and common areas; - great location - just 2 minutes to a streetcar, but also it’s located in a walking distance to the French Quarter, Magazine Street or the Garden District; - a lot of common areas - front porch, backyard, common room with tv, big kitchen, working space; - last but not the least important- staff: international, social, helpful, vibrant; both working staff and the owners.

This historic New Orleans hotel offers modern conveniences in a nineteenth-century town home within walking distance of Bourbon Street. Everything was awesome. Starting from the location … one block from Bourbon Street with its bars, music venues and restaurants … but completely quiet when one decides to retire from the nightlife. Beautiful suites with large living room, large bed room, kitchenette … the works. Large common space with a (smallish) pool. Very welcoming homely service

This is a really lovely bed and breakfast, with really nice amenities, including an in-ground pool and patio area. And I should point out that there is a daily breakfast included that goes beyond just cereal and pastries, there were egg dishes served while we were there. We got the Palmetto room which includes a private bathroom -- not sure if all rooms include that so make sure to check. The bathroom has a completely restored claw foot tub and old time shower attachment making it quite elegant. We were there over Halloween and the place remained quiet during sleeping hours despite being booked. You are ten minutes walk from the Frenchman neighborhood and there is a coffee house right around the corner as well. One of our favorite brunch spots, Horn's, is a walk away as well. The host is very responsive and quickly communicated by text when we had questions, including suggestions for places to drink and eat.

Situated in the French Quarter, this New Orleans hotel was built in the 1800s and provides simple rooms with coffee facilities. Guests are a 5-minute walk from Jackson Square. We loved this hotel. Quiet, clean, comfortable and the most ideal location. Everything was a very short walk away. Even closer than the closed down hotel we used to stay

Situated in the French Quarter of New Orleans, Place D'Armes provides accommodation in a historic hotel and rooms with exposed brick walls. Beautiful boutique hotel, set in the middle of the French Quarter. You can literally come out of the hotel & you can walk to all the bars, restaurants, shops, museums, waterfront. Staff are so polite every time you leave the hotel to returning. 5 stars from me !

Located in the heart of New Orleans' French Quarter, Hotel Provincial boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Everything was perfect: easy check in, friendly staff, a good breakfast option next door, comfy room, and of course the PERFECT location! Right in the French Quarter, Hotel Provincial is really a gem. The property has lots of charm and everybody was so welcoming. Highly recommended when visiting New Orleans.

Ve všech pokojích je balkon a bezplatné Wi-Fi. brilliant location, close to most all without being directly ontop of bourbon street itself. across the road is a good suitable breakfast place. nice character to it. small so not to busy. just the best access to everything you want to reach only a few blocks.

Lovely quiet room in the heart of the French Quarter. Amazing that it was so quiet and comfortable just steps away from the madness on Bourbon Street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved it.
