From our first communication they went out of their way to answer all my questions, give us the best room for our needs and provide us with any information we required. They recommended a great restaurant, advised us on taxis and welcomed us like family (as my mother had been their guest in the past). I couldn't recommend it more. A big plus in winter, the room was really warm with the AC and the shower had great water pressure.

We had a problem with the wifi, and they installed an additional router next day. That was amazing stay in the vineyard!

The staff at the front desk, especially Lila and her grandson were both TERRIFIC..So sweet. helpful, and accommodating. The room was sooo very comfortable, breakfast was great. Room was spacious, clean..slept 11 hours 1st nigjt..guess I needed it. Regret not being able to use either of the pools or gym...too much to see!

This latest contemporary hotel offers rooms overlooking the peaceful city of Colonia del Sacramento. Its complete leisure facilities include an outdoor pool, a wellness spa and free Wi-Fi. We do not use the pool due to climate issues. The breakfast was very good and rich and we had dinner once in the hotel restaurant. We found the dinner very tasty, but the portions were a little small for the price. In any case, I value it positively. I really liked the room. Very spacious, ventilated and bright. I love the kitchennet because it allows me to prepare small things bought in the city.
