Breakfast buffet is always fresh and plentyful but if you want to order something off of the menu that is an option as well with both western and Vietnamese options. The owner also books tours and transportation if needed and can help you find anything you need (like laundry service for us). Definitely stay here. You won't regret it.

Hotel Emerald Waters Classy provides chic and modern rooms with free WiFi in Hanoi. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, the hotel has its own restaurant, tour desk and spa for guests to relax. Our stay was wonderful in the hotel. Location is great near all services. It was clean. The breakfast was nice and very active helpful staff in the restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful in everything we asked. Mrs Tham helped us to explore the city. Thanks to her. And also Mrs Kim.

Scent Premium Hotel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter, just 2 minutes’ walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. It has free Wi-Fi. All rooms have windows with city or lake views. Everything was perfect and the location was really nice and very convenience. The staff are very kind, helpful, very polite and sweet!! They made our stay very pleasant.

The hotel, our room was comfortable and clean . The staff were phenomenal, they went above and beyond especially Ms. My. We couldn't have been happier. The location was perfect for walking around, lots of shops and restaurants. We can't say enough about the staff though. We had a fantastic experience. The foot and traditional massages were lovely too. Clean, comfortable hotel and wonderful staff, good breakfast. Excellent!!
