Located in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, Hanoi Pearl Hotel is conveniently a minute’s walk to the renowned Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained, and the desk staff, all of whom are fluent in English, are extremely friendly and polite, and in general very eager to be of assistance. The rooftop bar is very pleasant, especially at night in the outdoor area, with a partial view of the lake and the glass towers of the city beyond. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was impeccably clean, and the bed was very soft but firm, allowing me two nights of wonderful sleep. I want to add that the duty manager at the front desk, Jimmy, made it his mission to ensure my stay was problem-free, going so far as to organize and schedule a ride back to Thai Nguyen for me when my plans changed at the last moment (something I appreciated a lot, given that I don't speak Vietnamese). Thanks again, Jimmy!

Especially Jenny who made us feel so special and went out of her way to be helpful. Cleanliness of hotel. Beds are great! Location is excellent! Breakfast was also very good with very friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again.
