I really liked the relaxed and laid back vibe of this place. The room - I had two bookings, one for each rooftop room - was wonderful, the little balcony a welcome extension, and the location in the old quarter is excellent, walking distance to almost everything you need, including the lake. Went with their airport pick up which worked out perfectly, same for the drop off. Even though all the tour materials were availble, nobody tried to force me into booking anything, and to top it all of, when I forgot my - for me very important - calendar in the room (after check out), they had it SENT to me to another place in Vietnam at their own expense. I was deeply impressed by their helpfulness and kindness. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!

Hanoi E Central was a very nice and cozy place just at the heart of the old quarters. The place is nicely designed, with a lovely wooden entrance, a restaurant in the first floor and spacious rooms. The bed was a pleasure to sleep in and the bathrooms are nice and spacious. I read in some reviews that the street is noisy but honestly I didn't hear anything and our room was facing the street... I guess some people are very sensitive to noise? Their breakfast was very good as well. Just what we needed before our trip: eggs "a la carte", fruit, bread, Pho... Mrs Lily was lovely and very helpful in the day our departure. We were expecting a van to take us to Hai Fo and she was always attentive. The whole staff helped us with the bags going out. There might be more luxurious places in the city, but I think that the quality-cost ratio in Hanoi E Central is a very very good one. The attention of the staff was also super good!

Fantastisk personalet og service i alle posisjoner! Personalet var alle opptatte av å yte sitt beste for at vi skulle ha det bra! Og meget fin, sentral beliggenhet i Old Quarter rett ved Hoan Kiem Lake i en hyggelig, rolig sidegate. Veldig smakfull , innholdsrik frokost og nydelig kaffe.

Excellent location near night market and local market... The staff are very friendly and are always on hand to assist you, especially Manager Ms My who is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is really good and tasty, and fresh each day. The room itself is nice and spacious, and the bathroom has hot showers. Overall would absolutely recommend staying here.
