Všetko fungovalo, všetko bolo čisté. Ranajky boli výborne, pestrý vyber jedál. Nemám tu čo vytknúť.

Located in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, Hanoi Pearl Hotel is conveniently a minute’s walk to the renowned Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained, and the desk staff, all of whom are fluent in English, are extremely friendly and polite, and in general very eager to be of assistance. The rooftop bar is very pleasant, especially at night in the outdoor area, with a partial view of the lake and the glass towers of the city beyond. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was impeccably clean, and the bed was very soft but firm, allowing me two nights of wonderful sleep. I want to add that the duty manager at the front desk, Jimmy, made it his mission to ensure my stay was problem-free, going so far as to organize and schedule a ride back to Thai Nguyen for me when my plans changed at the last moment (something I appreciated a lot, given that I don't speak Vietnamese). Excellent location near night market and local market... The staff are very friendly and are always on hand to assist you, especially Manager Ms My who is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is really good and tasty, and fresh each day. The room itself is nice and spacious, and the bathroom has hot showers. Overall would absolutely recommend staying here.

Hanoi Media Hotel & Spa welcomes guests with elegant air-conditioned rooms in the Hanoi city, the capital of Vietnam. It was the most outstanding hotel all because of the loveliest staff. We found most locals super friendly but Nancy and her colleagues were out of this world - every time we returned to the hotel we felt like coming home to super caring family. Also, breakfast was very very good!
