Staff very kind and friendly, they helped us booking activities and taxi, suggesting restaurant shops and beach. The room was very big, comfortable and clean! The breakfast amazing and best pancakes ever! The position on the riverside is a plus for the silence and calm.

Although it's a bit removed from the city center, the provision of free bicycles made exploring the surroundings both convenient and enjoyable. The villa itself exudes a clean and cozy atmosphere, making it a comfortable retreat. Highly recommended for those seeking a tranquil and welcoming accommodation experience.

The Phuc Thao Villa is 1.7 km to the Hoi An ancient town. It is located in the central Hoi An but outside the ancient town, where you are really easy to find out any services, such as: food stores,... Amazing kindness and good will. The hosts were great to us all the time. They let us in the room few hours earlier. They rented us a scooter and we had to pay 3 times less than normal, since we didn't use it for a whole day, but we did what we wanted. They showed us how to use the motorbike, since ot was our first time. The prices of the food, drinks, etc are less then in local supermarkets. Everything was perfectly clean. They did our laundry and packed it cute little bags. We are so happy with this place and will come again.

The hotel is conveniently located outside the old town, just a brief walk along the river away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and tended to our every need. The room was pleasant and clean, with nice views of the river and city. The bathroom was especially spacious, with a big shower recess and a proper bathtub.

The location is great, very close to the old town but in a very quiet area.

O Pomelo Garden Boutique Villa está situado no meio de vegetação tropical em Hoi An. Vee and Hoi met us on arrival like they we were family coming to visit. The property is between the town and beach, both can be reached easily by bike or grab. The location is quiet, the pool is great, you can relax in the garden and even fish in the pond. Breakfast is great and Hoi went out of her way to prepare food for my fussy son. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to families or people who don't want to be in the hustle of the town.
