Fantastic property, a short 10-minute bike ride to the Old Town (Bikes are free to use at Orchid Villa). Rooms are clean and tidy, and the garden setting around the pool is perfect. Breakfast is ample and best of all is Nguyen and Ly, both were always happy and eager to help with whatever you need. Ly even surprised us with a cake for our wedding anniversary! We will definitely stay again as we were treated like family.

Everything at the villa was amazing, super clean. Impressed about the water pressure and the view was nice. The Phuc Thao Villa is 1.7 km to the Hoi An ancient town. It is located in the central Hoi An but outside the ancient town, where you are really easy to find out any services, such as: food stores,... We absolutely loved our stay at Phuc Thao! The hosts were so welcoming and made us feel at home. They checked in with us every day and gave us great recommendations and provided fruits, tea and coffee. You can use the bikes for free, which we loved doing as it meant we could cycle through the rice fields and go to the beach and the ancient town, whenever we wanted. Thank you so much!

Motorbike rental and transfer organization can be done by the hosts. Over all great value. Can recommend.
