We had a wonderful stay at the ACTA hotel. The staff is friendly, the room quiet, the beds very big (kingsize) and the breakfast buffet one of the best we have seen (even including mimosa). There is an extra fee for sauna, hamam and jacuzzi area, but it’s worth it.

I liked the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful - there was everything, both vegetables and fruits. The staff was friendly, when questions arose they gave full information. When I was staying at the hotel there were not too many guests and I did not hear any noise, as was written in other reviews. It was nice that there was a kettle with tea accessories in the room, for me it was important to have tea, although I did not find any information about the presence/absence of a kettle. The room was quite warm, despite the fact that the heating battery in the bathroom was turned off. Things dried quickly after skiing. To store skis they gave a key for a deposit of 10 euros from a locker in the ski room. You need to book the spa in advance, 45 minutes is a little short, but overall I liked it. The condition is not new, but not critical. Overall, I am happy with my stay at the hotel, I recommend it.
I love the pool, cleanliness, staff were super helpful including the ski hire staff. The transfers were great when they ran smoothly but there were times when staff didnt book out slot or my kids had to travel on their own as there was only 1 space available.the transfer drivers were just lovely, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Breakfast was fab. Overall a fantastic hotel. The spa facilities are amazing and a great way to unwind after a day of skiing. The views from the pool are just phenomenal
- Rooms were spacious and comfortable for family with kids. The shower had good hot water pressure. It was nicely organised and pleasant to get back to at the end of the day.
- Good breakfast
- Fantastic sports facilities and gym program. Could easily spend a day without leaving the hotel 😉
- Proximity to La massana and Andora La Velle, we liked having the option of going out for dinner or a stroll in town.
