Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to poor management from the very beginning. Despite booking deluxe rooms in advance, we were informed at check-in that the hotel was fully booked and were instead given three suites. While that might sound like an upgrade, the suites were far from acceptable — they were not cleaned properly, with leftovers from previous guests still in the rooms, sticky and dusty tables, a dusty floor, and even a broken bathroom.
We immediately informed the staff, but there was no prompt action taken to resolve the issue. The next day, they told us they would move us to the deluxe rooms we originally booked, but the delay was completely unacceptable. The entire process reflected a lack of professionalism and organization that is shocking for any hotel, let alone one that presents itself as a quality accommodation.
Would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made in management and cleanliness standards.

As you fly into Abu Dhabi International Airport, it’s probably good to know that the vast array of streets with multiple names is best negotiated by landmarks rather than exact addresses. And you won’t be short of landmarks since this fast-growing metropolis is packed with tourist attractions.
The Sheikh Zayed Mosque is the 6th largest mosque in the world and is already open, nearing completion. Most buildings and public areas are on this grand scale, such as the 400 ft tall flagpole on Marina Island or the extensive Khalifa Park which, among other attractions, has its own train.
Along the aquamarine waters of the Persian Gulf lies the remarkable waterfront of Corniche, which offers a walkway along its entire 6 km. From here the modern Arabian skyline can be taken in and by night the scene is illuminated, creating an even more glorious spectacle.
However, shopping is really where it’s at in Abu Dhabi. Malls such as the Marina, Abu Dhabi and Al Wahda Malls provide a multitude of goods, endless boutique options and plentiful food halls. Stay at some of the finest 5-star hotels in buildings that literally scrape the sky or find a budget property in this luxury city, with over 90 places to stay to choose from on Booking.com.

We really enjoyed visiting the Corniche and the Louvre Abu Dhabi — both were beautiful and memorable spots. The views along the coast were especially peaceful.
We had a few lovely meals at the hotel and also tried some local spots nearby. One of our favorites was a cozy café that served delicious Middle Eastern dishes.
Yes, it was quite easy to get around. Taxis and ride apps are very reliable, and most places are well connected. The city felt safe and welcoming.
Solo travellers can enjoy exploring the cultural landmarks like the Grand Mosque, relaxing at the beach, or spending time at museums and galleries. There are also plenty of quiet cafés and shopping spots that are perfect for solo time.

We had a bad experience in the immigration.
A staff wasn't courteous he was shouting. Another women staff talking over the phone and interacting with us.
Abudhabi invited us as a tourist destination so we paid for visa and accepted by the country but the immigration staff was shouting putting questions as threatening asking which country, which country??
Was embarrassed and said if you don't like me you can send us back. I'm an educationist in india but was disrespected.

While I found Dubai a bit too over commercialised Abu Dhabi seemed like 4 to 5 years behind but keeping up fast. The tradition of the country was in Abu Dhabi more tangible than in Dubai. On the other hand Dubai has more to offer in terms of sightseeing. If you want to experience a more uncut gem to lay back, enjoy beaches and soak up the fusion of modernity and tradition than I can highly recommend Abu Dhabi. Depending on your travel itinerary you could see Abu Dhabi in 2 days. 3 Days make it convenient and are perfect. Go for 4 days if you also want to relax a full day at the beaches.

Beautifully planned modern city on multiple islands among many lagoons and channels - full of outstanding modern architecture (don't miss Louvre Abu Dhabi), unexpected amount of trees and green areas. Can't wait to visit when all museums and attractions on Saadiyat island are finished - ongoing construction promises more exceptionally beautiful modern buildings and structures (written in 2025). Beaches abound for people who like beaches. Very different vibe than Dubai, although the city is similarly spread over large area, and taxi/limo travel is necessary between several centers.

This is a hotel in the airport so don't expect something too fancy or with a good view :)
The room was clean and it is a very convenient hotel if you have a flight really in the morning. Otherwise I would not recommend it as there are much better hotels in Abu Dhabi for a better price.
There is a restaurant near the reception and several other food options nearby.
Excellent value, not anything like the Premier Inn brand hotels in UK, more akin to a UK 4* with excellent service to match. V.good breakfast buffet and reasonably priced a la carte meals in restaurant. Quiet and in excellent location for ADNEC but to get anywhere else in AD requires a taxi
Beautiful lobby, nice rooms and bathroom. It was a very large hotel and seemed well laid out. The staff overall were very friendly, especially the room staff and cleaners. Also the breakfast staff were very good, although English could be better.
