It was a hidden gem! Oasis in the desert... full of activities for my kids... we totally enjoyed it throughout our stay... comfortable, lots of activities, animals, food was great...sunrise and sunset... huge tent! Excellent service from Karim every single time... hes always there to ensure our comfort and needs are attended! We will definitely go back after the summer!

I celebrated my birthday with friends. I have been to almost all the hotels in Dubai and have something to compare with (price/quality). ➕ Pluses: I liked the location, the beach club, the desert atmosphere, views. ➖ Minuses: 1. All hotels give compliments upon check-in for a birthday (prosseco, a piece of cake with a candle, etc.). I notified in advance that I was going to celebrate and wanted some kind of compliment. There was nothing at all. 2. I booked two rooms under my name and under my friend's name. My friend arrived earlier, showed the booking code, and was told that there was no reservation under his name. They charged him separately, although it was my gift and the payment was shared between me. 3. The door to the toilet in my expensive room with the pool did not close! No locker - ok. But it's always slightly open! This is not normal at all, especially when you are not alone in the room. It needs to be repaired. But no one pays attention to it. 4. Have you seen toothpaste in the room??? Is this a joke? For that kind of money they wouldn't have embarrassed themselves and would have bought normal toothpaste. It's a stone, not a toothpaste. You can't squeeze it out at all! In my room and in my friend's room! It's good that my friend took his toothpaste from home. Maybe it's a small thing. But no! The general impression is formed in small things. I've never seen anything like that in any hotel. 5. I took my wine glasses. And when the room was cleaned - all my 6 glasses were taken away... Of course, I complained and they were returned. But doesn't the staff know where your glasses are and where someone else's are? 6. When we checked out they gave us 4 tickets to Adriatique on the 5th of April. At first it slightly smootheo out the impression. We arrived from another emirate on the 5th, so far away, for this concert. And... not a single one of us was let in!!!
