The stay was amazing. Checkin was quick. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was perfect. They have good green spaces of garden with kids play area. Private Beach access. Location is fantastic. On the coastline of Dibba/Khorfakka. You can get everything on 10mins drive or order in with Talabat too. Surrounding Hills add a natural feels to the whole experience. Highly recommend

first: don't fall for the all-inclusive scam it's a high price for a very low-quality food with very limited menu and very limited options. we have been scammed and paid a fortune for 4 members and eventually greasy and very low quality food was served against that, it was only provided for very limited time (1 hours) and the staff used serve it 15 minutes later and stop the service 20 min earlier which means its only served for 30 min (this the second scam), beside most of the items in menu are not included in the all inclusive (the irony).
second: staff mostly rude and act as if their job is to squeeze money out of you and deny you from any basic benefits.
third: facilities are in general doesn't meet 5 stars and i see it at best 3 or 4 stars (broken games, no service at beach, crowded spaces ...).
third: 9 customers including myself asked for late checkout and the request was denied with the excuse that its fully booked, however the disappointment was when i stayed outside the room and discovered that the hotel is empty, and I even called and pretended to book for large number of people and answer was yes there is availability. my conclusion they don't approve late check out at all no matter the situation. whilst 95% of my stays in 5 starts hotels and resorts, late check out was entertained.
the buffet is a disaster in terms of food quality (very cheap), variety and service standard, additionally it's not equipped to the number of people allowed in.
conclusion, I came to the hotel before and the service was good, however the second times was a disaster and i would never do it again and I don't recommend it unless your objective is the beach regardless of food quality and service standard.
