The view was amazing, staff was very nice and helpful, coffee and water available for free. Cute cabins. We were upgraded for free because the people canceled for the other bigger room. The balcony was really nice, only the couches on the pictures are not there anymore, they're replaced by simple wooden chairs, but it's still a great relaxing balcony. Plenty of space in the room and everything was clean. The whole building is in a garden full of trees which makes it even cosier. The breakfast was average, it consists of a fried omelette with some tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, feta and for dessert some fried balls with honey which was good. All that with coffee and orange juice.

Most of the 'guest house's we go, are that.. just a guest house. They lack the touch of a home. This place was different; we felt right at home. That was relaxing and greatly welcome. Thank you! The house is beside the road in the village of Mesopotam. It is beside the river and has two balconies; one facing the street, the other facing the river. It is on the first floor (not ground floor; above that) which is reached via a side door and stairs from the garden. It has everything.. literary 'everything' that we needed.. perhaps the kitchen was even more equipped than our own house :) The windows and doors have the insect net and therefore can be opened to let the breeze in with no worries :) We communicated through watsapp and it went smoothly and well. The restaurant opposite the house was closed during our stay; but there are plenty more in 'driving distance'; try 'Tamo's Fram'. It is just 15 minutes of beautiful drive to the 'Blue Eye'. The road to Saranda had two dirt section that was still under construction.

The property and staff was great. The rooms were large, clean and updated. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had plenty of options. There wasn’t much of a view from the room itself, but overall loved it and would come back!

The view from the balcony was amazing! The room included all facilities, that we needed. The receptionist even help us with the parking. Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is perfect! We loved it!

This is a wonderful place the host Mathilda was lovely and accommodating. The location is great and we don’t need to go anywhere to enjoy the beach and it’s a walking distance to the city center. There’s a private parking but also public parking it’s free. Breakfast was great and with options. All the way the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets.
