I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right by the lake, offering stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved being able to relax by the water. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend!

    Amazing location direct at the Lake Ohrid. You have your own beach with clear water and an amazing view - there is also a terrace. The room is spacious and clean. Good WiFi. The host is very friendly, helpful and a good communication in advance.

    Very nice city. The promenade by the lake is a real gem. Food is delicious and reasonably priced compared to other parts of Albania. People are polite and friendly. It is a good place to escape for a short break, especially if you want to get away during heat waves of central Albania.

    Pogradec is a totally beautiful lakeside resort in Albania...

    Pogradec is a totally beautiful lakeside resort in Albania bordering North Macadonia. The lake is massive and the scenery stunning. There is a ling beach with sunbeds, pedalos and lots of entertainment provided for children. Along the lakeside are navy very nice bars and restaurants. We loved it and can’t wait to return. One big tip is that we travelled from Tirana to Pogradec by minibus (furgon), and wanted to go on from there to a different place called Berat. However, the buses to other destinations were tricky to work out, so the easiest way was to return to Tirana, take a short inexpensive taxi ride from the East bus terminal to the North South regional bus terminal, then make the onward journey to Berat on one of the regular buses from there. Pogradec is well worth a visit.

    I loved the location, the cleanliness, and the decorations. I didn't like that it was so cold inside the house. There was only heat in one room. We also did not have cleaning or cooking supplies. No kitchen towels, no salt or pepper, nothing to wash the dishes. The towels provided were not of sufficient size for a shower. I loved that the host was very accommodating and called us back every time we needed something.

    This is a tiny town in the mountains, and it's located on...

    This is a tiny town in the mountains, and it's located on the bank of Ohrid Lake. It's clean (as for Albania), calm and friendly. It has bars (I recommend Sherlock), fish markets with fresh fish (you should try Koran here, it's an Ohrid salmon) and the clearest lake (ohhhh, lake water is very clean and transparent). Visit Taverna Ladi if you want to try a hood fish for a reasonable price. The town is highly safe, so you can walk in the streets any time of day and night. It's a perfect place for families w/wo kids, who love to observe great views, drink good wine and feel life in a calm manner. Relax on the beach of Ohrid lake. You'll never forget its crystal-clean and transparent water. The beach is sandy, and it is equipped with umbrellas and deckchairs. I really recommend visiting this town. From here you can also go to town Ohrid (in Macedonia) or to the town Korca (it's a well-known Albanian town). From Pogradec you can get to Tirana by bus. To Macedonia you can get only by rental car or taxi. Visit Pogradec and enjoy your stay here.

    It is a small town and above all it offers you a cool and peaceful stay. The restaurants serve deliciuos food in reasonable prices. You can walk to the beach, restaurants ,bars ,You hardly come across thieves and the parks are always clean and safe. Maybe some private beaches should play less loud music.

    This hotel is bit far outside the center of Pogradec, but inside a park where you can have a walk or visit some of the bars and restaurants. You will need your car to go to the center which offers more excitement and better raked restaurants. The family room was spacious and the beds were good as well including nice bathroom.

    The hotel and restaurant have the perfect view. The personel was very kind, they helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was very delicious and plentiful served near a pond with swans and ducks. They also allow pets. The room was big and well-furnished. We will definitely come next year.
