Great place, as always! We've been there for 20 days and every of them was peaceful and quiet. The owner, as always, is very respectful and charming. The mistress, as always, is quite positive and helpful. The view and the local cats are great too! Great place, as always. Good job, Gevorg & Aiqush! We'll totally visit this place once more!

This place is run by the most friendly people I have encountered! I couldn't find a taxi to bring me to the airport on a local Armenian app, but the owner was still awake and ordered one for my on yandex at 3am (!). The rooms are on the second floor of their office / workshop where they restore carpets. You can admire all of the art books in the office when you check in. The room was very clean and comfy, thank you!

This is an excellent hotel in an excellent location. Very very good breakfast, amazing service all over the hotel. We were upgraded and got a really nice suit. Quite clean room, with very nice comfy beds. I would definitely come back again here.

We chose this hotel because of the price and the place. It's close to restaurants, museums and the main city attractions. Breakfast was OK, we were asked what we would like to eat and as we don't have high demands it was quite enough with porridge, scrambled eggs and sandwiches. Yet, it was a pity we didn't get any vegetables or fruit. Wi-fi was good enough. The beds were big and comfortable.
