Accommodation is a long uphill walk from town. Small bedroom but clean and tidy. Bathroom looked newly refurbished with toiletries and good towels. Room door has glass in it so light from the corridor shines through making sleep difficult . Similar problem with window - streetlight shines through. Curtains would solve the problem. Tepid water only in the bathroom making showering impossible. No hot water in washbasin for shaving. Breakfast served on a cold terasse. The whole place has a disheveled appearance as if it is a work in progress rather than an established business.

The room was very cozy and had a stunning view from the balcony. It was thoughtfully decorated with lots of attention to detail. Sergey the owner was very kind and even called a neighbour to help us find the property after our navigation system mistakenly led us to a place a few streets away. Also, the homemade breakfast was great.

We were extremely lucky to have the entire apartment to ourselves--we were able to shop and cook--something we hadn't done in weeks.. Our hostess came upstairs in the evening bringing two big glasses of wine. She was lovely.

The staff makes you feel home. The garden of the structure is really nice, and you can have a great breakfast there. We have been also offered of fresh fruits. The room was not huge, but clean and nice. The wc (in common) is huge. You can park inside the structure.

My stay with Lusya was amazing! She makes you feel like at home, serves you tea and coffee and makes the best for you so you enjoy the trip. Once I arrived all wet from a hike, she let me use her drying machine and borrowed some clothes. The house is big and super clean, beds are comfortable and there is a beautiful garden with flowers. If you are going to Yeghegnadzor I definitely recommend you to choose this guesthouse!

We loved our stay here! The cabin was super cosy and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay as a family. The hosts are lovely and helpful. You are surrounded by a beautiful orchard and a short walk along a steam will take you to the nearby town. The 800 year old bridge is also only a short walk away. The freshly cooked food is delicious- including fresh eggs right from the chickens on sight. Our daughter loved playing with the kittens and there is plenty to do to keep a child busy and content. A really relaxing place to refuel and a great place to stay if you want to visit the nearby Noravank monastery, Areni cave and local wineries.

The room is in the house where the owners live, so this was a great local experience. Breakfast was good with quality food (best yogurt and mini pancakes). Anna was nice and made sure we had a good stay.
