The rooms which I reserved for my family and stayed there for 5-6 nights were spacious, with very moderate furniture and simple decorations.
The breakfast was OK. The breakfast hall was not big enough for the full hotel but it was managed.
The reception team were always helpful and ready to provide any advice.
There was a 24 hours bar.

Fabulous city with many parks, gardens, sculpture and art. Loaded with history at every turn. Wonderful food and very welcoming people. Safe to walk by day or night. I walked almost everywhere as I am an avid walker. Huge shoutout to Yerevanfreewalkingtours who offer a first class introduction to the city and to HyurTours for excellent day trips out of town.

it's a very calm and peaceful place. it's full of music, nice people and cool places to visit. the night life is amazing and you need to just sit in the corner of street and listen to street music and watch people. it is also a MUST to go there in the beginning of the spring and summer to be able to enjoy 8pm-11pm water work and music in the Republic Square.
the Sevan lake is a must see place

People are friendly and it’s a safe country to travel to.
People are friendly and it’s a safe country to travel to. Additionally, the prices are very affordable. You can just walk the places around where I stayed so make sure to book accommodation in the center. I love the churches and the story and of course Sevan Lake. The Club is so nice, you could easily make friends.

We were there to watch our national team play in Yerevan.
We were there to watch our national team play in Yerevan. While we were watching the match, our car's license plates were stolen and they demanded $100 to return them. A city full of crime. The police are inactive, the people are rude.

Armenia has so much to offer from their roman architecture to turkish style food you have everything you need to make your vacation a memorable one.
Stay close to the republic square and you can walk pretty much to all the monuments in the city. Plenty of hotels to choose from and most of them provide early breakfast.
Renting a car is very easy and cheap. I would recommend rent a car and avoid tour guides as they charge you a fortune. You can experience everything and every place by car.
Roads are in good shape and well maintained. Google Maps sometimes gives you the wrong turn. Sim cards are cheap and have a special package for short stays.
We have been there twice and still need to go more to explore in-depth.
Drive 1 hour and you can pretty much reach to most of the places for a 3 day trip. Try a stay at the mountains in Dilijan, Myler Ski resort and many more to explore.
Tip: There are lots of tour vans that have ads for the places to visit. Check those and make your itinerary for your trip.

The best budget hotel in all Erevan... if u find a place in this one, search no more, I never gave before full 10 stars to any hotel I reviewed.
The location is super good waking distance to center and all major attractions, there is close the armenian market, a shopping mall, small shops and fast food, currency exchange, everything..
The room was super clean not even little dust
The guys on reception sorry helpful and nice I dint know their names but all 3 of them were equally helpful
Staff is very friendly and helpful, just a few minutes walking distance to city center. Buffet breakfast was excellent with some variations daily, and delicious flavours. My room was spacious and very quiet. The spa section was very good, I had access to the pools, hamman and sauna and enjoyed it greatly. I definetely recommend this hotel and for sure I will stay in on my next travel to Yerevan. I am a happy customer. Thank you.
Very friendly host, she helped me a lot in case of laundry, ordering a taxi, or book day tours. She also makes very good Armenian Coffee. I had a wonderful time and nice conversations here.
Bonus: the location is very good, it is about 5 to 10 minutes to the Republic Square and the city of Yerevan can be easily explored by foot from the hotel. Definitely recommended.
We were at a conference held at the University, so for us the location was perfect. The hotel is in walkable distance from the city center, which is also nice. Hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful. There were participants at the same conference staying in other hotels and according to them Old Armenia was the best.
Hotel is a very good location - in the city center, next to the best locations in the city. Area around is safe, room was nice and clean, nevertheless some parts/carpets smell from smoking, which was unpleasant. Breakfast were limited, but enjoyable. Hotel provides early check-in and transfer services.
