What an experience staying in a refurbished castle (there's a knight in armour in the courtyard but don't expect a moat or a princess). Our room was huge with high ceilings, a kitchenette, and a modern bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Secure bike parking. Quiet location, 15 minute walk to restaurants.

We arrived wet and cold from cycling the Danube in unseasonal weather (through the famous storm in Sept 2024). The lady who showed us our room and prepared it for us, went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

Perfect place for those cycling the Danube path or simply wanting to rest in a quiet spot. Rooms with a beautiful view of the river, super friendly staff, restaurant with a very good menu.
