The exterior is beautiful with flowers and green grass. It looks well-kept as does the inside of the hotel. Our room was clean and in excellent condition. The shower was easy to operate and the front desk personnel were friendly.

Super friendly communication. The hotel has everything you need (even an elevator!). When there is no fog or rain (as in our case) the view is beautiful. Lovely terrase to drink a glass of beer/wine or coffee, Good parking options. Good breakfast.

Room was good with a balcony. Beds were comfortable too. Breakfast was simple and okay. Only matter of concern was that this property didn’t have an elevator and the family rooms are on the 2nd floor. So if you have heavy luggage , then it will be difficult to carry them through the stairs. Although the owner helped me carry one bag, but it was still uncomfortable.

This traditional inn is just off highway A1 in Eugendorf, only a few miles from Salzburg. Gasthof zur Strass offers tastefully furnished rooms with free LAN internet access, as well as free parking.
