Staff was excellent. The hotel offers a really nice breakfast and 24 hour coffee in the lobby .The hotel is well supplied with public transport (number 4 bus stops outside) , taxis are readily available and the Altstadt is on the doorstep, with a pedestrian street with restaurants and shops directly opposite.

It was good; an old hotel, but well maintained. Location is good, Just in front of bus stop. Luggage storage allowed even post check out. In general, ok for short stays.

Great location, close to everything in old town. Beautiful room with lovely wooden beam ceilings & large arched windows, which open for fresh air. The beds are comfortable, with 2 doubles pushed together for one larger bed. Very friendly & helpful staff. Large hotel but with a small hotel feel. Bath robes were provided & were very comfortable. Coffee & tea Nepresso machine is in the room. Lovely restaurant on site with a glass atrium room with a view of the river. The building also has a rich history, which is worth reading.

The breakfast was expensive and there was no menu a la carte. Nearby there were three places where we had coffee. I noted that the floor was not clean.But the bathroom was cleaned every single day and we appreciated it.

It is a very beautiful old place full of history and artistic palace. Breakfast is good. The rooms are not in the palace and are ok. Using Bolt app, taxi is the easiest to go to the city about 15 min.
