The front desk and owner have been extremely helpful and really made the effort to make me feel like at home.
The location is 10/10, right in the middle of this beautiful town overlooking the church and lake.
I will return in the future, and I wish all the best to the owner.

First of all the room was very comfortable - it was big and with great spot to sit next to the window and look at the mountains and lake (room 46).
The room and the facilities are very clean and the all staff both at the lobby and the restaurant are very friendly and eager to help and let you feel you are welcome. We used the gym which is very modern and techie - we liked that very much.
The breakfast is amazing as it is very rich with a lot of verity - everything is so fresh. We also had two dinners at the hotel's restaurant and it was all very fresh and well cooked comparing to other restaurants in the area (which are good as well). The waiter was amazing - he provided great recommendations and was very friendly.
I will be happy to go back and stay in this place for sure (and hopefully get the same room) !!!!!

This was our final stay in Austria and it was the absolute best! The owners and staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating in every way. They provide a superb breakfast accompanied by detailed information about possible sight seeing opportunities. This is truly helpful. On New Year’s Eve, they invited guests to join them to raise a toast to the New Year and we got to meet some wonderful people. In the afternoons, delicious coffee, cakes and snacks are offered in the beautiful lounge alongside a wide array of board games. The ability to park next to the hotel, in their private parking area, is a massive bonus. This historical building is outstanding as is the decor. Both rooms were beautifully decorated and the balconies provided great views. Thoughtful welcome gifts were left in the rooms too. We really did not want to leave! Thank you for your gracious hospitality.
