The food was definitely fabulous, a 10/10. Despite many families with children there was a sense of privacy. The pool was nice (a bit chilly, but for summer it's perfect) and the spa area lovely. Nice bath products available in the room. Super friendly staff and nice "activities"/events at the hotel.

Super house with beautiful terrace with pool and sauna. We felt very comfortable. Everything was like in the pictures or even more beautiful.The house is very nicely furnished, very clean and welcome was very warm. The communication worked out great. We absolutely loved our stay at the ERIKA! The room was warm, with dark colorway. All the staff were so very nice to us! The breakfast buffet was some of our favorites during our trip to Austria. It was a premium price, but I felt this was a premium hotel. I was hoping for an iron in the room, but no such luck. My guess is if I requested one, they would bring it right up or they would have pressed my shirt for me! Nothing for us to dislike about this property! Thank you ERIKA staff for making our stay in Kitzbühel a very memorable one!
