The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We missed breakfast by half an hour on the first morning because I was sick and moved very slowly, but the staff at reception called the kitchen and they arranged breakfast for us. Very friendly people!
Also, the bed was extremely comfortable and pleasant to sleep in.
